ROYCE'
ROYCE' began in 1983 in Sapporo where the crisp climate, sweet waters and clean air made Hokkaido an ideal place for confectionery making.

When we began baking cookies, people in the vicinity were drawn over by the fragrance from our factory. Soon tables were placed in front of the factory where the cookies were sold. This enterprising move eventually evolved into the establishment of our direct management shops.

Over the years, ROYCE' has gradually mastered the process and techniques of making world-class quality chocolates with total dedication. Today, ROYCE' chocolates are enjoyed by chocolate lovers not just in Japan but around the world.

The fundamental principle behind ROYCE' has always been to use only the highest quality ingredients at a price that customers can easily afford.

With its many successes in Japan, ROYCE' began to embark on its overseas expansion plans by opening its first overseas outlet in Singapore in 2001 at Takashimaya Department Store. Three years later, a boutique style store was opened in Suntec City in 2004 that offered a wider range of products. In 2009, ROYCE' opened its third and largest store in Singapore at ION Orchard, adopting a brand new concept incorporating revolutionary equipment and a unique store layout.

With fourteen outlets in Japan and several others throughout Southeast Asia, ROYCE' will continue to abide by our fundamental principle and innovative spirit to produce high quality products that serve to please customers time and again.


NAMA CHOCOLATE



















Silky palate: melts in your mouth

Nama means "fresh, raw or rare" and this refers to the fresh cream we used which has never been cooked. Nama Chocolate is made of 25% fresh cream produced by the lovingly tended cattle of Hokkaido and more than 12-15% water.

Nama Chocolate has a velvety taste, it is soft and melts in the mouth instantly. We ensure this quality by keeping it at optimum temperature.

The best way to eat Nama Chocolate is to eat it an hour after standing it in room temperature.

We offer 5 kinds , "Au Lait", "White", "Champagne", "Bitter" and "Mild Cacao" on a regular basis. Seasonal Nama Chocolates are made in limited quantity on a regular basis.




POTATOCHIP CHOCOLATE

Crispy potato chips and melting-on-the-lips chocolate generate a surprisingly balanced taste. The wave shape of the potato chips is to enable a well-balanced taste when the sweet taste of the chocolate and the salty taste of the potato chips melt together in the mouth. The nice crispy sensation generates from the thickness of the potato chips and the chocolate. The combination is unexpected and once you start eating them you cannot stop. Irresistible!



POTECHI CHOCOLATE

An extended take on chocolate, chips and flakes.
Potechi is crushed corn flakes and potato chips coated with premium milk chocolate. Heavenly!








MARSHMALLOW CHOCOLATE



A soft marshmallow in the centre,
and embraced with 2 kinds of chocolates,
White and Milk Coffee
.







PETITE TRUFFE
Made from the highest quality chocolate and fresh cream with a choice of 3 unique flavours.


Orange
: chocolate, orange liqueur and bitter orange peel delicately intertwined and powdered with cocoa.









Praline: rich praline cream mixed with milk chocolate and sprinkled with roasted almonds.









Kirsch: smooth milk chocolate immersed in kirsch liqueur with sugar-powdered toppings.
